Dates of assignment:
04/27/2015 to 10/23/2015 Customer Support Tech position within the client's Advanced Services Group Schedule:
Sunday - Thursday - 2 pm - 10 pm $15.
00 per hour GENERAL SUMMARY Communicates with internal and external customers.
Contract entitlement checking, researches disputes, invoicing customers for time and materials.
Follows call handling procedures to ensure excellence in customer service.
Has strong background in customer service.
Capable of learning new processes, procedures, and applicable tools.
Follows and adheres to policies, procedures and standards relating to job role.
Has the aptitude to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES o Performs contract entitlement checking and works with customer directly to resolve issues based upon contracted level of service o Researches contracts when entitlement disputes arise and drives correction to operating system and contract data.
o Invoices customers for remote and field services that are not covered under current contract status.
o Attends training courses, seminars, and workshops to refresh and constantly improve skill set.
o Maintains good internal and external customer relationships.
o Works under normal supervision.
Follows established directions.
Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall quality.
o Contributes to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives.
o Intra-organizational, Inter-organizational and external customer facing o Executes Disaster Recovery procedures if needed, according to established protocols.
o Implements, escalates procedures in a timely manner to appropriate personnel as directed by Global Support Center Shift leads and management.
o Attends training courses, seminars, and workshops to refresh and constantly improve skill set.
o Maintains good internal and external customer relationships.
o Works under normal supervision.
Follows established directions.
Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall quality.
o Contributes to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives.
o Intra-organizational, Inter-organizational and external customer facing o Performs other duties as required.
